Newcastle-based House of the Leg have taken over the dance music underground as one of the leading imprints for experimental house and techno in the past few years, transcending the initial ‘ghost tech’ scene it emerged from and having cultivated its own style under the leadership of label head MOD-COMM 81.

Today came another surprise drop, keeping in the label’s tradition to expect the unexpected, with the delivery ‘In Search Of More’ by Take Back Thee Nite, a collection of 90’s rave infused high tech IDM and house music, with nods to the old Rephlex acid sound utilising an MPC 2000 for raw drumwork and some modern softsynths to bring it all together.
